Referral Process
Foundation for the Homeless works with most of the homeless service providers in the Austin area to coordinate services. All potential clients are asked to complete a Coordinated Assessment (CA), also known as Coordinated Entry. Information on how and where to do this can be found at http://www.austinecho.org/ca/. You can also get this information and other potential options by calling 3-1-1.
ECHO provides Foundation for the Homeless and other providers with list of potential clients that best fit their programs. Completing a CA will provide you with greater opportunities for receiving needed services.
