Foundation for the Homeless accepts client referrals from the Austin/ Travis County Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry Assessment list. This list is created and managed by Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO).
In order to be considered for Foundation for the Homeless services, individuals must complete the Coordinated Assessment.
Please contact one of the agencies listed below to set an appointment for completion of the assessment.
FFH has no control over the coordinated assessment process.
We only provide housing services to families with minor children.
All clients must complete the coordinated entry assessment first.
