Coordinated Assessment
If you are seeking services, Foundation for the Homeless accepts client referrals from the Austin/ Travis County Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry Assessment list. This list is created and managed by Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO).
In order to be considered for Foundation for the Homeless services, individuals must complete the Coordinated Assessment and be referred to us by ECHO.
Please contact one of the agencies listed on the site linked below to set an appointment for completion of the assessment. FFH does not do coordinated assessments.
FFH has no control over the coordinated assessment process.
