Coordinated Assessment

If you are seeking services, Foundation for the Homeless (FFH) accepts client referrals from the Austin/ Travis County Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry Assessment list.  This list is created and managed by Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO).

In order to be considered for Foundation for the Homeless (FFH) services, a person with minor child(ren) must complete the Coordinated Assessment and be referred to us by ECHO. FFH does not work with individuals that do not have custody of their child(ren).

Please contact one of the agencies listed on the site linked below to set an appointment for completion of the assessment. FFH does not do coordinated assessments and does not know when you may be referred to an agency for assistance.

FFH has no control over the coordinated assessment process. Once the assessment is completed, referral to an agency may take several months.

Important!

★   We only provide housing services to families with minor children that are referred to us by ECHO.

All clients must complete the coordinated entry assessment and be referred to us by ECHO.

Foundation for the Homeless does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services.
