This memo summarizes the Investing for Results: Priorities and Recommendations for a Systems Approach to End Homelessness report, developed by Barbara Poppe and associates under a contract with the City of Austin, which represents the culmination of effort and analysis from people across Austin’s network of homelessness and housing-focused organizations. This memo also introduces Austin’s P3 Homelessness Task Force, which consists of a team of individuals and organizations dedicated to implementing the Investing for Results report's recommendations and pursuing Austin’s goal of ending homelessness within the community.
